Monthly Life-Wheel Review (Nothing much! Just the boring scores)

Weight-loss: 

  • Exercising for 5 minutes= 1 point
  • Have fish= 2 points (I hate fish but the Omega stuff in it is good for weight-loss XD)
  • 4 servings of fruits and veggies= 2 points
  • 5 serving of fruits and veggies=3 points
  • 8 glasses of water a day= 2Wheel-of-Life

Study:

  • 1 Maths Exercise= 3 points
  • 1 accounting problem= 3 points
  • Reading Literature books- 3 paages= 1 point
  • Literature analyses: 30 minutes= 3 points

Love:

  • No criticizing self= 3 points
  • Meditate= 2 points
  • Help Mom and Dad when needed= 2 points

General Health:

  • No more than one hour of the Internet: 5 points
  • Floss= 2 points
  • Brush twice daily= 1
  • Green Tea= 2

Fun:

  • Photography=1
  • Blogging=1
  • Writing=2
  • Drawing=2
  • Dancing=3
  • Singing=1

Dreams:

  • Spend 30 minutes on one dream I have= 7
  • Review of my dreams and progress=3

Environment:

  • Fresh air=2
  • Clean room=5
  • Organized wardrobe=3

These are a lot! But to start improving my life-wheel!
